After navigating teen motherhood, an abusive marriage, economic disadvantage and the loss of her younger brother to suicide, Camee founded the Resilnt™ Foundation

and created Mindful Mittwork®, a method combining mindfulness and mitt work to support embodied healing to create joy and confidence as a group.

She speaks nationally on healing, forward movement, and whole-person wellness, empowering others to reclaim their stories from the inside out.
